This assignment is from my English 115 class my first semester of my freshman year at CSUN. I recived a perfect score of 100% on this assignment. It is a persuasive essay about the benefits of eating meat. These days, there a lot of people who argue that eating meat is hurting our planet and cause more health complications than providing benefits. Being a meat lover and seeing how eating animal products has benefited me, I wrote this essay explaining how animal products can have more benefits than disadvantages and dangers.
Chabad on Campus is a Jewish organization that has branches all around the world geared towards attracting Jewish students on college campuses. They are not limited to their Jewish students, and that is what I decided to write this essay about. Chabad at CSUN is something I am truly passionate about and something I truly love and care about. It is an opportunity for students to meet their peers while eating amazing food and having good company. I wanted to make it clear that anyone who decided to come would be welcome and would find it a comfortable and fun social space to get to meet new people and make friendships like no other.
